Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between EduConvoy International Ltd (Company No. 16470979, registered in England and Wales) and any individual who engages our education consultancy services, either directly or through one of our authorised representatives. By engaging our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any application or payment.

EduConvoy International provides education consultancy services including, but not limited to: • University application assistance • Student visa guidance and documentation support • Language test preparation (IELTS, PTE, Duolingo) • Scholarship identification and application support • Course and destination counselling • Pre-departure and post-arrival assistance We act as a facilitator and consultant. We are not an official representative or agent of any government immigration authority.

To enable us to serve you effectively, you agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times • Disclose all relevant information, including prior visa refusals or academic issues • Respond to our requests for documents or information promptly • Not misrepresent any information in your application materials • Pay agreed fees on time Providing false or misleading information may result in visa refusal, university rejection, or legal consequences. EduConvoy International accepts no liability for outcomes arising from inaccurate information supplied by the client.

Our service fees are agreed in writing before any work commences. Fees may vary depending on the service package, destination, and number of applications. All fees are quoted in GBP or PKR as applicable. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept bank transfer, debit/credit card, and other methods confirmed at the time of engagement.

CONSULTATION FEES: Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. APPLICATION SERVICE FEES: If you withdraw from a service before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund. If work has partially commenced, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion, minus costs already incurred. VISA REFUSAL: If your visa application is refused, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided that the refusal was not caused by information withheld or misrepresented by the client. Any such request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the refusal decision. UNIVERSITY REJECTION: No refund is issued for university rejections where the application was submitted accurately and completely. GOVERNMENT & UNIVERSITY FEES: Application fees paid directly to universities, visa authorities, or testing bodies are non-refundable and outside EduConvoy's control. To request a refund, email info@educonvoyint.com with your full name, service details, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 14 working days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EduConvoy International's total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that service. We are not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of income or opportunity; delays caused by third parties (universities, embassies, courier services); or outcomes beyond our reasonable control.

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is owned by EduConvoy International Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission. Personal statements, cover letters, and other application documents prepared with our assistance are for your personal use only and must not be shared, sold, or reused without consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
